Student Visa Process

1. Apply for I20

The I-20 is used to obtain an F-1 or M-1 student visa, which allows a student to enter the USA and begin their studies.

To obtain an I-20, a student must first be accepted to a program at an accredited educational institution in the USA. The institution will provide the student with the necessary application materials and instructions on how to apply. Once the student has completed the application and provided the required documents, the institution will issue the I-20 form. The student can then use the I-20 to apply for an F-1 or M-1 student visa.

2. DS-160

Complete the online visa application form (DS-160) and pay the visa application fee. You will need to provide personal and educational information, as well as passport and contact details.

3. Schedule interview

Schedule an interview at the nearest US embassy or consulate. You will need to provide evidence of your acceptance to a program, proof of financial means to cover your expenses, and other documents as required. Attend the visa interview and provide the required documents. You will need to answer questions about your background, education, and plans for studying in the USA.
